This cumin rice is my favorite well-ventilated dinner recipe. further with any meat and gravy; goes omnipresent terrible when chicken or beef curries!
The ingredient of Cumin Rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
The instruction how to make Cumin Rice
- Bring water and rice to a boil in a saucepan. Season once salt. cut heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until rice is hurting and water has been absorbed, 10 to 15 minutes. Drain.
- Heat oil in a pan more than medium-high heat. build up cumin seeds to the hot oil and cook until sputtering, nearly 2 minutes. Pour cumin seeds and oil onto the hot rice and mixture combination well.
